Position means the number of tokens or the share within a pool (or a vault) that a wallet has.
This can corresponds to the cap table of an entity within a strategy.
The position is represented by the possession of tokens which allows to withdraw proceeds from the pool.

Most of the time, positions are represented by either ERC-20, ERC-721 or ERC-1155 tokens.
